Who we are
influencergully.in is operated by Peak Pitch Marketing LLP ("we", "us"), New Delhi, India, trading as Influencer Gully. For privacy questions write to hello@influencergully.in.
What we collect
- Brand enquiries you send through our forms, WhatsApp, email or phone: name, company, work email, phone number, campaign goal, budget band and message.
- Creator sign-ups from our creators page: name, email, WhatsApp number, city, public social media profile links, follower band, niche and languages. When you work with us on a campaign we may also ask for audience insights screenshots, bank details and PAN for payment and tax purposes; these are collected separately and only when needed.
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and campaign parameters (UTM), used for security and analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies, limited to what is needed to run the site, prevent abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile) and measure traffic.
How we use it
- To reply to brand enquiries and prepare campaign plans.
- To consider creators for brand campaigns that match their profile, and to contact them about those campaigns.
- To pay creators and meet tax obligations, including TDS.
- To run, secure and improve the website, and understand which pages bring enquiries.
- To send information about our services where you have asked for it. You can opt out at any time by replying or writing to hello@influencergully.in.
Who we share it with
Brand enquiries and creator sign-ups are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Gmail). The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Analytics, where enabled, is provided by Google Analytics or Cloudflare Web Analytics. When we propose a creator to a brand we share the creator's public profile and campaign-relevant metrics with that brand; we share contact details only when the creator agrees to the campaign. We do not sell personal data, and we never sell creator lists.
How long we keep it
Brand enquiry records are kept for up to 36 months from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Creator profiles stay in our network until the creator asks us to remove them. Payment and tax records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. Technical logs are retained for up to 12 months.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable law you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Write to hello@influencergully.in from the email address you used; we respond within 30 days.
Children
This website is for brand teams and adult creators. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Campaigns that feature minors are run only with written consent from a parent or guardian.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change and show the date at the top.
